This Lab isn’t about rest as a reward.
It’s about understanding why burnout keeps happening; and creating conditions that make it less likely to return.
It supports you to stay in relationship with your business while rebuilding steadiness, safety, and trust in your body.
Understanding your personal burnout patterns, early warning signs, and what your body has been trying to communicate.
Identifying where pressure enters your system - externally and internally - and how it accumulates.
Exploring practices and structures that support recovery without requiring withdrawal from your work.
Designing early-intervention strategies and support systems that protect your energy moving forward.
We start Thursday 1st October.
4 weekly labs – 10am (90 minutes)
I kept meeting people who loved their work – and were quietly being destroyed by it.
Not because they were careless.
Not because they didn’t know their limits.
But because they’d learned to override themselves long before they ever started a business.
They pushed through exhaustion because stopping felt unsafe.
They rested only when they collapsed.
They told themselves burnout was just “part of the cycle.”
I created The Anti Burnout Lab because I don’t believe burnout is inevitable; and I don’t believe the answer is walking away from work you care about.
I believe burnout happens when pressure outpaces support.
And that means the solution isn’t more resilience – it’s different structures, different pacing, and different permission.
This Lab exists to help you stay in relationship with your business while changing how it’s held – so recovery doesn’t require disappearance,
and sustainability doesn’t mean giving up what matters to you.
You don’t need to sacrifice yourself to keep going.
You need a way of working that actually supports you.
Your business should feel like home.
