Not big pushes.
Not productivity hacks.
Not “consistency” that collapses under pressure.
This Lab helps you create momentum from tiny, nervous-system-safe actions that stack over time; so movement feels possible even when your capacity is low or fluctuating.
It’s designed for the moments when everything feels too big – and you freeze.
You dismantle the idea that momentum must be big, visible, or fast - and reconnect with what movement actually feels like in your body.
You learn how to identify the true smallest step - not a disguised big one - and how to recognise when a step is still too much.
You explore how tiny actions accumulate into real progress without tipping your nervous system into pressure or shutdown.
You design a personal micro-momentum rhythm that works across high-, mid-, and low-capacity days; so movement doesn’t disappear when energy dips.
“The lab has kind of given me a structure to move forward… little baby steps. Otherwise it’s just one big thing and I can’t start that.”
We start Thursday 4th June.
4 weekly labs – 10am (90 minutes)
I’ve worked with so many brilliant people who weren’t stuck because they lacked ideas.
They were stuck because everything felt too big.
Big goals.
Big plans.
Big expectations.
Big pressure.
And in that bigness, they froze.
I created The Micro Momentum Lab because I don’t believe momentum comes from pushing through resistance.
I believe it comes from making movement small enough to feel safe.
This Lab exists to help you rediscover progress through tiny, doable steps; the kind that don’t require motivation, don’t depend on perfect conditions, and don’t collapse when your energy changes.
Because momentum doesn’t need to be impressive.
It just needs to be possible.
Your business should feel like home.
