I’m Lexi Thurston (They/Them), creator of the Regulated Business Architecture™ framework – a structured, developmental pathway that helps founders build businesses their nervous systems can actually hold.

The Three Laws of Regulated Business Architecture™

This work emerged from years of observing the same pattern in neurodivergent and heart-led founders: they didn’t lack strategy, skill, or ambition. They kept collapsing because they were taught to build in the wrong order – visibility before capacity, momentum before rhythm, authority before protection.

Regulated Business Architecture restores that sequence. It’s grounded in Polyvagal Theory, executive function research, Self-Determination Theory, and a decade of working inside the businesses that needed it most.
