Terms & Conditions

1. About Alchemy Labs

Alchemy Labs are live, group-based learning and integration spaces designed to support nervous-system-aware, neurodivergent, and heart-led entrepreneurs.

They are educational and reflective in nature, not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

Participation is always voluntary, and sharing is always optional.

2. Eligibility & Responsibility

By joining an Alchemy Lab, you confirm that:

You are responsible for your own wellbeing during the Lab
You understand that this work may bring emotional insight or reflection
You will seek appropriate professional support if needed

Alchemy Labs are designed to be supportive, but they are not a replacement for mental health care, therapy, or crisis support.

3. Format & Delivery

Labs are delivered live via Zoom (unless stated otherwise).
Sessions may be recorded for participant access.
Replays are provided where possible, but live attendance is encouraged.
Access details will be sent via email prior to the Lab starting.

Occasionally, minor changes to dates or delivery may be required.

If this happens, participants will be informed as early as possible.

4. Participation & Group Agreements

To keep Alchemy Labs safe and respectful:

Confidentiality is expected; what’s shared in the Lab stays in the Lab.
Participants agree to engage with kindness, respect, and care.
Advice-giving to other participants is discouraged unless explicitly invited.
Discrimination, harassment, or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated.

Lexi reserves the right to remove participants who breach these agreements, without refund.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full before access is granted, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
By purchasing, you agree to the price displayed at checkout.
For bundles (e.g. 3-Lab option or Full Arc), access is granted according to the package purchased.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the live, time-bound, and capacity-led nature of Alchemy Labs:

All sales are final
Refunds are not available once the Lab has started
No refunds are offered for missed sessions

If you are unable to attend live, replays will be available where possible.

In exceptional circumstances, you may contact [email protected] to discuss options – it may be possible to transfer your fee for use against another offer or service.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of Alchemy Labs – including recordings, worksheets, guides, and written content – are the intellectual property of Lexi Thurston / Entrepreneurial Alchemy.

Participants may:

download and use materials for personal use

Participants may not:

share, distribute, resell, or reproduce materials
record sessions without permission

8. Boundaries & Communication

Alchemy Labs are group containers, not 1:1 coaching.

Support is provided within the live sessions and any stated community spaces
Email or DM support outside these spaces is limited
Response times may vary and are not guaranteed

This boundary exists to protect the integrity of the container and Lexi’s capacity.

As always, Lexi’s work is guarded by their Ethical Commitments.

9. Results Disclaimer

Alchemy Labs support insight, integration, and nervous-system-aware business design.

However:

No specific outcomes, financial results, or transformations are guaranteed.
Results depend on many factors, including individual engagement and circumstances.

You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated occasionally.

The most current version will always apply and will be available via the website or checkout page.
